SYI is run by a remarkable staff who has the heart of yoga in all they do. From emails before the training, to the teachers they have and the locations and accommodations offered, they have your growth in mind and cultivate an incredible experience for their YTT groups. At my 200YTT in the Sacred Valley Peru with Janani, Ashley & Zach, each day was transformational. Every day we were encouraged to stretch to the edges of our limits and expand beyond them. If you are ready for DEEP TRANSFORMATION and GROWTH, this is certainly the path. Every moment of my healing I felt supported, heard, and understood. Those around me, from the leaders to the other students, were constant inspirations in their strength, courage and commitment to personal and world healing and growth.
