I can honestly say that hiring Tracey to be my personal trainer was the best decision that I could've made. I knew nothing about her or her background, but as I watched her girls transform right in front of my eyes week after week, I knew I needed her in my life. I started with Tracey in April 2014, first with a meal plan to help me lose weight and get my blood pressure under control. Months later, I started training with her to tone and strengthen my body, which ultimately led into my interest in competing in my first Figure Competition in August 2015. Throughout my prep Tracey was present, always on time, flexible, caring, dedicated and most of all she encouraged and believed in me. Her knowledge and expertise in fitness and nutrition, is unmatched in this area and I am so grateful that she was willing to take me on to help me reach my goals.
