Trenna started her studio in her basement earlier this year. Her practice has grown incredibly, so much so, that she has built a new studio, complete with a Himalayan Salt room. She has brought yoga to an area where there was no studio. She will also be opening a smaller studio in another town in March 2018. I know she has touched the lives of so many. I can now go to yoga on a regular basis! Because of this, I have been able to get off of medicine I was taking for migraines. Her vibe is infectious, as are all of the instructors at her studio.
