Small town feel. The shop owner is extremely amicable. Is interested in getting to know the individual, their needs and wants, before making a quick sale. Talked me out of a $2300 full suspension Bike and offered me an amazing XC bike instead which better suited my riding style. Easily could have sold the expensive model considering I went in and asked for the full suspension capability. Needless to say after saying my name for the fourth time I realized this guy really wants my business as a repeat customer....not a one time gold dig. After 20 minutes in the shop I realized how many customers knew him by name. Jay is the name I recall. He has earned a very good reputation in this tiny town. read more
