I lived in Franklin for 5 years while completing my undergrad at nearby WCU. Pam and David were just amazing. Small shop in a small town and these two made me feel at home every time I came in. Whether I was dropping off my bike for service, browsing stuff or asking questions, these guys were always a great help!! I've been riding for 15 years, initially starting in Fl then in WNC and in CO for the past 6 years. It took me a while to find a shop, to find MY shop in the Denver area. Been through so many others that had promise, but managed to let me down in some big way or another. However, these guys have been amazing since my first visit. Very knowledgeable, gracious and go above and beyond each time I'm in there. Bike service is top notch with very friendly and professional ethics and attitudes.
