I feel lucky to have participated in the 200hr YTT at Sacha Munay in the sacred valley of Peru. SYI has done an excellent job generating a curriculum and schedule that offers students what they need to share the gift of yoga with others (alignment, biomechanics, creative sequencing, etc) in addition to a powerful transformative spiritual journey.
