AVOID THIS COMPANY! We booked them for my wedding, paid the deposit, communicated with their (extremely disorganized) staff about the event and… THEY DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE BIG DAY. Nowhere to be found! We tried to call them and the phone was disconnected. We had not been given any other contact information, so spent the day hoping they would appear. I’ll tell you, they did not. It wasn’t until several days after the fact that somebody finally got in touch with us to say “Oops! we have no idea how this happened! Sorry!” Even then - no way to contact or speak to a human on the phone. No acknowledgement of the damage they caused. No genuine acceptance of their complete and utter failure to provide a once in a lifetime service. No caring at all. Do yourself a favor - avoid them. Hire a professional company. Work with people who will get on the phone with you and prioritize your most special days- they are not it. Get a refund while you can if you’ve already booked - their demeanor makes me question whether they’re already in the process of closing their doors, and I would hate to see this happen to anybody else!!! read more
