Patrick helped me understand what issue my system had and the chances for getting the system to work again. It stopped working about an hour after he left but he gave me directions over the phone on how to get it started again. He called later to check on us and said he thought he had figured out the root problem. He came back immediately and replaced the fan motor and it has been working perfectly since then (more than 24 hr).
