Jason, Andy and Chris are amazing! Not only do they do super fast service, for a great price, they also are a huge part of the Mtn bike community. They help sponsor women's rides and clinics, Little Bella's and just last week offered to help out with a high school team which is just getting started. They are amazing trail Stewards-organizing trail days- our last one had over 70 participants, including families with small children. They do all of this with fun and excitement and are very inclusive of all types of riders. Sometimes at bike shops I feel that as an older women, I'm not taken seriously- but NOT at Mason- they treat everyone with respect and want to get everyone out on the trails. They are encouraging to new riders and young kids and teenagers. They spend time explaining how to do repairs I feel you want to try it yourself- which they encourage.
