School Yoga Institute opened my heart to so many gifts hidden within myself that I never knew were there or was afraid to share with the world. I took my journey with SYI in the Sacred Valley of Peru and it was beyond what I could've ever imagined. The beautiful souls that I shared my journey with will forever hold a place in my heart and words can not express how much this training has changed me and brought forth a more authentic, mindful and aware sense of self. Through the teachings and ceremonies I was able to shed all the ethereal and emotional weight I have been carrying for so long and surrender to the beauty of the universe.
