    Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business but I wanted to inform others who may possibly consider going here of the unprofessionalism that exists from the shop owner. I had visited Donna Skin & Body Care almost a year ago to get an eyelash lift using a Groupon promotion that was being offered when she first began doing this procedure. I was not too happy with the results but did understand that she had just started and was told that the next time I get them done, we could leave the solution on for a longer period of time. By the time I was due to get the eyelash lift redone about 8 weeks later I had found out I was pregnant so I never was able to schedule another appointment. As I am now about to have my baby I decided to take a chance and schedule another appointment and saw that Groupon had a deal again in which the fine print stated could be repurchased after 180 days. I knew I had been well over the 180 days period since it has been over 9 months that I saw Donna so I decided to purchase a Groupon for myself and gift one to my sister. I had no problem purchasing the Groupons but when I called to schedule the appointments I was taken back by Donna's extremely unfriendly demeanor. She stated that she had saw that I purchased another Groupon and did not understand why I was calling to schedule any appointment when she just sent me an email about a week ago informing me I wasn't allowed to redeem another Groupon since I had this service done by her before. I was completely baffled as I never received any email from her and even checked through my spam and promotions tabs while on the phone with her just to make sure I hadn't missed it. I explained to her (while on the phone) that I never received any email so maybe she was thinking about someone else. She said that either way you cant use another Groupon even if it was more than 9 months ago. I then asked why would her own fine print for the deal state that the Groupon could be repurchased every 180 days if that was something she didnt agree to do. She replied that Groupon told her she had to put that there which I later found out was not true as I had to call Groupon to get a refund to my card as she would not let me redeem the Groupon for the service. I told her that I did not want to argue with her at all since I am still pregnant and did not think me purchasing a Groupon would have caused so much of a reaction from her since I have paid full price for other services from her in the past. She then told me that she was losing money because of people like me trying to get another Groupon instead of paying the full price for the service and even had the nerve to tell me that this way the same reason why my friend who previously worked for her had to leave because she was not making any money since she kept taking Groupons from repeat customers, which is completely untrue since my friend had never participated in doing anything Groupon. She was coming off very argumentative and said that I could of course pay the full price for the service which I would have been happy to do if she had been much nicer to me from the moment I called. Unfortunately, I could not see myself stepping into any establishment that clearly has no respect for its clients and when I contacted Groupon they even informed me that she did have the option to put down that her deals were for new customers only or customers who had not previously had the services done. Groupon even stated that they could contact Donna, the owner to make her accept the voucher as they could see on their end I had not purchased a Groupon for her for over 10 months. She also needs education as to what clients she may or may not be able to perform an eyelash lift on since when I asked her if I should wait until after I delivered my baby or if it was okay to have it done during my last couple of weeks of pregnancy she told me that she did not know and my doctor would know. When I asked my OB/GYN she said that a professional esthetician should know what services can and cannot be preformed on their clients. read more
