    Hi Alan, you might want to give Powerhouse Electric a call https://www.getrecommended.com/powerhouse-electric/ - They did the upgrade of halogen light bulbs => LED (high ceilings) and my neighbor's too. Clear pricing and responsive. Not sure they do the commercial job though. Good luck!
