My son has been seeing Dr. Chow since he was born. We have always had pleasant experiences here as the space is clean, staff is friendly, and our doctor always takes time to answer all of our questions (as new parents, we can have a LOT of questions). We appreciate the 24-hour phone line - which was really helpful when our baby had a fever with body twitches at 3am when he was 10 months old. Also, we have always been able to get same day appointments, if not at this location then at another one close by. Seeing a doctor is never fun, but getting check up and medical help from the Tribeca staff takes the stress / concerns off of a new parent like me.

I've never waited more than 5 minutes to go into my appt and I've always been seen the same day for a sick visit. Really like this office! -
