  After our RV refused to serve in Alaska, we decided to continue our North and South America trip by bike. We had no idea about traveling by bicycle and were perfectly advised at the Trek Store in Anchorage. The whole team, and Stephen in particular, did everything they could to get us off to a good start in our cycling journey. Can recommend Trek Store in Anchorage to anyone and would go there anytime. Thanks again for the outstanding service.

  I purchased a Farley fat bike on 10/12/17
  Knowledgeable staff, friendly and very professional.
  They treated me like part of a family, not a tourist in for a one time sale
  I will definitely shop here again.

  Organizes a lot of community group rides, special events and demos. Have a really friendly sales team, and steep discounts on many bikes.

  I'm new to cycling and the trek store is the only store in town that always helps me without making me feel like I don't belong in the cycling community. They are always super helpful when I come in with questions or problems. The repair turnaround is fast and reasonably priced.

  Mike and his team are superb. By far the best customer service in Anchorage. Mike helped me with a warranty issue no questions asked, ordered me a new bike, then had me back on the trails in a timely manner.

  I admit, went to a "big" store before stopping at Trek, and the service doesn't even compare. Quite seriously, no one even spoke to us.
  However, walked right into Trek and had the best experience. They made me feel comfortable, never rushed, and answered all the silly questions I had. Thanks guys for getting me ready to ride!!
