  Tobias is professional, timely, super clean and took extra precautions to keep ashes from dusting the home. He inspected our chimney and gave good suggestions and insight into improvements. He goes above and beyond. Fairly priced. Highly recommend.

  Was on time, pleasant, made friends with the dog (yay) and did an excellent job. Explained everything and how to care for our fireplace insert as well as recommending proper use of the dampers. Will definitely hire again!

  they called me as soon as i put in my request. i was given details about my project and the estimate. after arriving, the cost was less since my chimney was in good condition. the service rep was very professional and kind. i would hire them again.

  Tobias arrived at scheduled time. Chimneys checked and did not need to be swept. Damper was stuck open and he was able to get it working without replacing the system. Chimney cap were installed in timely manner. Tobias takes the time to explain what he is doing, why it needs to be done and how to care for the entire fireplace including the chimney. Very professional and knowledgeable.

  Tobias did an excellent job inspecting both fireplaces to make sure they were ready for the season. I was completely clueless to how to even operate a fireplace and Tobias went through all the steps and even fixed the cap to my chimney at no additional fee. The price for the inspection was very reasonable and he even gave my dog a treat for being so good! Highly recommend Tip Top Chimney Sweep!
