  If you're looking for a great mechanic, look no further! These guys are great... they communicated so well, gave us a ride home when we dropped off our car, and seem honest & reasonable priced... everything I could hope for in a mechanic! Thank you for the great service!

  They were quick and flexible, I didn't have time because of my crazy work schedule to drop off car so I did early morning key drop and then later in the day I received a call about the work being done on the car they were able to do that day. They were honest and in my budget. I will be returning for future work on my older car that needs some TLC. I felt respected and in no way taken advantage of just because I was a young female, like other shops I had visited the week before.
  I had shopped around for a shop I felt comfortable taking my car to and this one was helpful.

  Bob is a very confident and honest mechanic. I will not take my Honda and Toyota to anyone but Thompson Automotive now that Bob has worked on both of our cars. I know I will get treated professionally and will not be charged for services or repairs not needed. Jamie runs the operations and she is a delight to deal with. She is always very friendly and communicates very well while our cars are being serviced.
  Extra bonus - They have loaner cars to borrow if you need one! That is fantastic service to offer customers. Anyone who needs an honest mechanic who specializes in Japanese brands, look no further, Thompson Auto will take care of you and your vehicle(s).

  It sounded as if my old Toyota Tundra was in need of a new starter. Click, click, click as I turned the key. The repair would not be a cheap one, but Thompson Auto came in with a great price compared to other shops. I got a call later in the day that they were able to get the problem resolved by cleaning off the battery connections. They also noticed other repairs that should get done in the future that I can now begin to budget for. Most shops would have gone ahead and replaced the starter since I was prepared to pay. These guys are honest and I will continue to use them for my vehicles.

  I sought out an auto repair business with a four-five star rating closer to where I live. The shop I chose could not fit me in, and recommended Thompson Automotive. The Thompson's got me in, were extraordinarily pleasant and endearing (when have you ever seen someone use the term "endearing" when speaking of an auto repair shop?), and finished the extensive brake work the same day. That was two weeks ago. I waited to write a review until after I returned from a road trip. As you can probably guess from the rating, I am very pleased with the work. I look forward to a long relationship with an auto repair business I feel I can trust, and with people I look forward to seeing again. Thank you!
