I’m a creative at heart and I have a passion for fusing together traditional wedding elements with unique and original design ideas. I’ve planned events of all sizes and budgets and have over nine years of event planning experience having started in corporate events and then transitioning to the wedding industry in 2010. The opportunity to transition to weddings came when I was offered an event planning position with the company that I had hired to help plan my own wedding. Stacy of They So Loved Events was my month-of/day-of wedding coordinator this June 2017. I'm extremely satisfied with her services as she was very friendly, organized, responsive, and reasonable. Stacy was professional throughout and was able to keep the wedding party in order during the rehearsal and made sure we understood what we were doing. On the day of the wedding, her assistant Kathryn was also very helpful and genial. They took care of everything so I didn't have to worry while I was getting ready. I'm a pretty organized person but Stacy's help with wedding vendor timelines was invaluable. I would highly recommend They So Loved Events for your SF Bay Area wedding!!

I could not have been happier with my decision to have Stacy as our month-of coordinator for our wedding. We are still glowing 2 weeks after our big weekend. Stacy put me at ease from the beginning of the planning process by how organized she was. She had great suggestions for vendors and practical questions throughout the whole process.

My husband and I got married at a private home in Portola Valley with about 135 guests. Countless guests told me it was the most fun and seamless wedding they've ever been to, which is thanks in large part to Stacy. ... She is also very disciplined, so when it comes to ironing out details and keeping things on schedule, she's all business. I had no doubts that she would take care of everything on the day of (and I was right!), so I was able to relax and just enjoy my day. I couldn't have asked for anything more!

Stacy is an exceptional planner and coordinator! My now wife and I hired her to help coordinate our wedding a year before the wedding. ... When we got closer to the wedding date Stacy was there for everything we needed. I truly had complete faith that everything would go perfectly in her hands. ... We loved having her involved in the process, and having her there on our big day! Our wedding day simply would not have been as amazing without her guidance and coordination. We highly recommend her!

Stacy's work and attention to detail is impeccable. Not only did she always make everyone feel at ease, but she had the best ideas for making our wedding special. Our families came from out of town to San Francisco and Stacy somehow managed to make every moment, logistic and event fun and seamless. Everyone was so impressed by her organization and always pleasant demeanor. She is a professional and lovely to work with. We couldn't recommend her more highly!!
