  Mike makes computer issues as painless as they can be. My mom used him and referred him to a friend, who also was happy with his work. I recently used him to set up a computer. I've also sought advice on buying computers from him. His prices are reasonable.
  
  Until computers set themselves up and solve their own problems, I'll be calling Mike for help.

  I didn't actually work with Mike in person, but had an email exchange. I wrote him a quick question about a problem I was having. He responded within minutes and, even though he wasn't able to help me, sent a second response giving suggestions. I respect any business person who will help another even when they know they won't make a dime. That's respect. And that's someone I will refer to and give my business to if I ever need his services. Thanks, Mike.

  I would highly recommend Mike. He was very professional, punctual, extremely knowledgable and was able to explain things in a way I could understand. He was also patient with me. He came to help me learn how use Apple TV, record programs and know which remote to use! I will definitely be calling him again.
