Our experience at the emergency room could not have been more compassionate or caring. ... She kept me updated every few minutes as they tried various solutions, and the nurse presented quotes for each service before it was administered so I could be aware of the expense. ... Dr. Church was so supportive and wonderful through the entire ordeal. While no one ever wants to go to the ER or have to put their pet down, especially on short notice, I could not have asked for a better experience given all that we were dealing with.

This is a place I never wanted to visit, but was happy it's here. There is someone on staff 24 hours/day to take care of emergencies. I had to visit at 2am for one of my dogs and was happy with their professionalism and expertise. I also had another dog treated here for cancer. They helped extend his life and advised me of quality of life issues. Doctors and staff here were sensitive to my dogs needs and my situation as well. It's expensive, but variety of specialists here are not available most places in the country. I would go here again without hesitation.

Our beagle Thurman was hit by a car in Ohio while we were visiting family. He had to get spinal surgery and had a dislocated elbow. The animal hospital who cared for him in Ohio referred us here for his continuing care and we are so glad they did! They have been nothing short of supportive and helpful. From changing his cast every two weeks... to us needing help relieving his bladder everyone here was so helpful and the front desk staff was great! Thank you for helping us get our baby back to himself!

Highly skilled vets and 24 hr availability. Pricey but great care and more than willing to work with primary care vet to help keep costs low. Very good at sharing records and work with primary care vet. If you have an emergency, bring your pet here with confidence for great care.

Dr. Hansen is amazing and now that his front desk staff has changed, we are very pleased with the practice in general. Shout out to Babe and everyone there who takes such wonderful care of Miss Beulah Mae the bulldog whenever we need them :-)
