  I'm writing to say how happy my wife and I are with the nanny that Michelle found for us. We are new parents and we had no idea where to begin looking for a nanny. We were actually pretty terrified before finding The Perfect Placement here on Yelp. After explaining our needs to Michelle, she immediately had in mind someone she felt was perfect for us, and it turns out, she was very right! We love our nanny, she is so kind, sweet and careful with our son, and we have Michelle to thank for that. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone who is in the same place we were last year as new parents looking for someone to care for their child.

  Michelle is great. Honest, professional, truly cares about placing nannies with the perfect fit. She works very hard to place nannies and anytime she has a possible job opportunity, she calls instead of sending emails. She definitely takes a hands on approach and truly gets to know the families and the nannies.

  In this modern matchmaking service (but for nannies) The Perfect Placement takes your needs and cross references them with a lovely nanny which allows you to avoid the guess work you, as a parent, would have to make on your own. I would suggest this to any family that's looking for dependable, fun, nannies of all kinds
