Outdoor Gear Exchange always has gear not only to sell, but they’ll buy your old or unwanted gear for store credit or cash. My first bike and most recent hydration pack both came from here, and they bought my flat pedals when I upgraded rocks clipless. The people working here really know their stuff, and they always give great info on the best places to ride around the Burlington area. Couldn’t recommend more!

I've been frustrated with the customer service and quality of work at other shops in the area, in which there are many. Plus, great gear, bike brands, inventory.

There are several bike shops in the burlington area, they only started selling and servicing bikes in the past 2 years. But they brought in good experts and are easy to deal with. A bonus for in house shock service (Rock Shox and Fox!)

Great gear shop, superb costumer service, expert knowledge about gear, wonderful people, vast amount of different clothing/ hard goods, sweet bike collection, plus shop dogs!

Awesome!! So helpful. Good selection, good sales, and some original prices better than others! Doug was very helpful finding everything I needed and having to go in the back multiple times for just the right helmet. Jacob did a great job picking just the ski boots I needed and the man who did the boot-ski adjustment was great (didn't catch his name though). Also was able to get 10% off the total since I bought everything for this season there! Good prices and lots of consignment clothing/jackets, etc too. This is definitely a place to shop for skiing equipment and I know I'll be back for more when the time comes. Thanks so much!!
