  Allan was AMAZING!. He wasn't afraid to role up his sleeves and crawl under any nook or cranny of my new house. His attention to detail was superb. He went through every section of the house and explained what he found wrong and the reason why its wrong and how it should be fixed. I will use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection. ... THANKS ALLAN!

  Very thorough and explained everything in terms we could understand. Didn't only point things out but gave suggestions of other ways things could be done. Made it an easy process!

  Allan has SO much experience in carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, ect. that I am confident in his assessment of a building every time. This is key for a buyer to make a descision about a purchase. Indispensable advise is shared with buyers/owners.

  Allan did a good job of pointing out various things about our new condo. Since he's been working in the field for 25 years, he had a lot to say about the intricacies installed throughout our new place and how to take care of them. Allan can be a little blunt but he's very honest and upfront about his concerns which in my opinion is a good thing when it comes to something like home inspection because I'd rather just know instead of someone smooth talking me. One really nice thing about Allan was that he came to inspect our place before we had even put in an offer and he even came again when we lost out on the offer to pre-inspect the next place which we ended up buying. If I were to buy a property again around Chicago, I'd give him a call for that place too.

  Forget Grant P. This company is reliable and does things right. I'd use them at every opportunity for every place I'd need inspected. It's too bad such a bad review was left as this company is as honest as they come.
