I like that I got to go under the car and see what they were talking about. They were really great with all of my questions and I feel they were honest and sincere with all of it. Quick and easy. Also the nicest ladies room I've ever seen at a shop. They have good toilet paper! It's the little things, right? I'm deff coming back.

Love this auto shop! Great service!! My truck requires special order shocks, I called these guys to install on my 3/4 ton, they said ya come on down in the morning and we'll do 1st thing. Maybe just lucky, but they've been great every interaction! For non-diesel repairs these are my guys!

Quick, professional, courteous, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. Cannot say enough good things in my short experience, The Garage has earned a loyal customer!

Had my water pump go out 1.5 miles or so from The Garage in the morning on the way to work. When I got to the Garage, they were able to take a look at my 2000 BMW 328i within a few minutes and diagnose the issue. One of the owners then went far beyond what I could have expected and GAVE ME A RIDE TO WORK. Furthermore, after Googling the typical cost of replacement for my vehicle, the estimate was $500-$900 for a water pump. The Garage did it for less than $430 and had my car ready to go the same day.

The garage is easily the best, most knowledgeable Mini repair in the city. Even with their knowledge and years of experience, they have fair rates and don't try to upsell you.

I had a horrible experience at Ralph Schomp mini, that made me start looking elsewhere and I found The Garage. They were about 60% less than Ralph Schomp was trying to charge me. Also they were able to get me in and out quick.

Bottom line, these guys are real mechanics, not salesmen trying to get money out of you.

I took my car into the garage for an oil change and because my check engine light was on. I was immediately greeted by one of the managers and I was impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable he was. He ran a quick test and determined that my check engine light was on due to the fact that my gas cap needed to be tightened. There was no charge for that service and I walked out within 30 minutes with a reasonably priced oil change and my original problem solved. I will be using their shop from now on for all my service needs.
