Family.I've been going here for five years even after I moved all the way to the Woodlands. The staff is incredibly courteous and personable. Dr. Herbst is Very thorough and super friendly. They never made me do any procedures that I didn't need and always did a lot of preventative checks. Annette is also super awesome. Everyone feels like family.

I went to appointment a little early to fill out paperwork since it was my first time there, but I didn't have to fill out a thing! The got me in right at my appointment time and the staff was very pleasant and made me laugh. I was very nervous since I had never been to another dentist before and my usual one was the same one I had been going to since a child, but they made me feel at home. I highly recommend this place!

OK, I'm terrified of the dentist...like show up with my blood pressure off the charts, squeeze the chair arms the whole time terrified. I have been twice, once to see Dr Walding for a broken tooth and yesterday to see Dr Herbst for pain in one of my teeth. Both Dr's and their staff are the nicest people you ever want to meet. Both times my problem was taken care of with the minimum amount of pain and scary stuff. They have a patient for life with me! Highly recommend!

I am so happy with my decision to visit Dr. Herbst and Dr. Walding's office! I was welcomed as soon as a walked in the door by Mayra and Dr. Herbst. My appointment started right on time and and everyone was so friendly! Dr. Walding did my examination and cleaning and he was friendly, professional and gentle. He took his time and talked me through all of my concerns. He didn't rush and made sure all of my questions were answered. Christian was very sweet and helpful when taking my x-rays since I always gag during that part! Joann was friendly and helpful with helping me reschedule my appointment and with my insurance questions and I enjoyed talking to her and Mayra after my appointment. I don't usually leave reviews but I really just have to say this was the best dental experience I have ever had and I'm happy to have found a dentist I actually enjoy going to!

My first visit was excellent. The dental hygienist was quick and painless. She took lots of x-rays for my file and I was consulted about the results by the doctor himself. I returned to have a crevice in one of my molars filled and Dr. Walding was conscientious enough to ask if I wanted to forgo anesthesia. He filled my tooth without it, I barely felt a thing, and I was out in less than 30 minutes. Also, the staff is extremely thoughtful and the office is clean and organized. I definitely recommend them!
