Home Inspector
Primarily, the scope of our work includes performing home inspections and radon testing for would-be homeowners, pre-listing inspections, and one-year builder warranty inspections. We also provide new construction and pre-drywall (framing) inspections. Our inspectors are also certified for commercial inspections. We can furnish miscellaneous consulting services on an as-needed basis as well.
We carry both general and professional liability insurance (errors and omissions) protecting the purchaser and real estate agent. Certificate of insurance is available upon request. Read more

In August, 2017, we used The Cornerstone Inspection Group for the 2nd time in 3 years. They are very thorough. In fact, the seller commented "I wish I had used your inspector for the house that we just purchased." I doubt there can be higher praise than that.

A friend in the real estate business referred us to Cornerstone to have an inspection done on a home that we are buying. Darrell Hogan was recommended to us by the friend and he was great! He was very thorough, explained what he was doing and pointed out helpful tips about the home, in addition to a few maintenance-type items that needed to be addressed. I would highly recommend Cornerstone and particularly Darrell. I feel very confident that we are making a well-informed decision to continue with the purchase of our new home.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I actually can't say enough about these guys. They gave me a 60+ page document with photos for every point that was found. The inspection was very thorough, and they are COMPLETELY worth their fee. ... I'm sure not everyone gets this kind of return with these guys as not all places have problems, but even knowing FOR SURE that there are no problems is totally worth it. I personally worked with Levi, and my friend worked with Chuck (the president and founder of the company).
