Lisa has been an amazing recruiter to work with. She was extremely thoughtful when I went to interview and remembered me from when I was last in contact with them 5 years prior! In the initial interview, Lisa gave me honest feedback on my resume and gave me some suggestions about things to add, remove, or rephrase - which I found very helpful. Let's be honest. Job searching is STRESSFUL and oftentimes frustrating. During my job search, I worked with a handful of recruiters from other (bigger) firms that gave the great pitch but didn't deliver whatsoever. My initial meeting was with Molly, who put an opportunity in front of me that I wouldn't have otherwise considered, and it turned out to be an AMAZING opportunity that is a perfect fit. It's *the* job I didn't even know I wanted!! Throughout the interview process I worked with Raquel, who was amazing with follow up and interview preparation -- very thorough and precise.
I am beyond thankful that I worked with this team and highly recommend!!!
