The Carroll School of Dance is dedicated to providing opportunities for dance development in Maryland, with a special focus on Baltimore City and Baltimore County. These goals are realized through a wide range of dance genres and education. They include workshops, classes, performances and field trips. Our program is designed for all ages, including children, teenagers, adults and seniors. We believe that collaboration between dance and the community promote the development of dance and education. It is with this concept in mind that we partner with local artists, communities and schools. We promote the development of the arts, with an emphasis on multi-culturalism. The Carroll School of Dance educates students in Pre Dance, Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Hip Hop, African, and Exercise in Movement for ages 2 to adult. Classes are held for the course of 9 months (Sept-June) and instructed on a weekly basis. Our mission is to introduce, educate and train students on the different cultural movements of dance.     My 5 year old daughter attends the summer camp and she loves it. The staff is friendly and the activities are amazing. She already learned so much in her fort two weeks about dance.

    My daughter started going this past June for camp. She wasn't sure about it but later on she loved it. She couldn't wait to show me the dance moves that her, her teacher and her friends were doing. Now she's back for the Fall and spring classes. This place have hip hop, modern, tap. ballet, ect. Very interesting place to learn about dancing. I wish I could have took classes like this. This is the place for your daughters if they're interested taking a dance class!

    The Carroll School of Dance is an excellent environment for your child to learn all different styles of dance. The teachers are friendly, professional, and polite. The online payment portal makes keeping track of classes and payments easy.

    My daughter has been attend the the Carroll school of dance for 2years and she loves it. She has learn so much and the teachers does just a wonderful job with all of the little ladies. Macee Whitehead is the owner and director of the school does a excellent job with the concert that school put on every year if anyone looking for a dance school don't not look any further.

    My daughter dances here and has since she was 3yrs old. She will be 6 this yr.She has learned so much in the past couple of years and we are looking forward to watching her grow with the CSOD . It's more like a family not just a school.
