  Wished all office's were run so efficiently. My wait time was less than 10 minutes, I was seen right away by the friendly assistant, and then right away by Dr. Yen. He actually listened to my concerns and was quick to solve the problem without any hassles. Thank you for the quick and friendly service!

  Wishing all office's were run so efficiently. From the front desk and new patient forms, to seeing the assistant, then Heidi, everything was prompt, very friendly, and thorough. Heidi addressed my issues and was able to take care of them in the office, without my having to come back. Our conversation was helpful following and she explained my skin issues and what to look for. In the future for any dermatological issues I will certainly go back. The drive from Auburn to Sacramento was worth it.

  The staff is super friendly and the wait time is almost non existent. I've actually been early twice and was taken in before my actual appointment. Very professional staff and so far I've been very impressed! They are very informative and take as much time with me as I needed. I did not feel rushed and was treated very well by everyone. Am definitely happy to be a patient here and feel I'm getting excellent care!

  I've been there a few times now. Each time with professional and courteous service. Dr. Yen is great. Dr. Lili referred me to them. I just love her.
