  We took our grandson’s 25y/o specialized bike in to the Bicycle Escape for a well deserved overhaul. The manager, Roger Rinker, was extremely helpful explaining what the bike needed to be put back in a safe working order. He never tried to over sell or push a bunch of new products. He understood what we wanted and did his best for our situation. When we went to pick up the bike, the staff was, again very friendly and helpful. Thank you, BICYCLE ESCAPE!

  Tom, Roger, and the crew at the Bicycle Escape always go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers whether it be helping a 5 year old fix a frayed handlebar basket or fine tuning the suspension for a DH racer. Day or night, weekday or weekend, road or trail, they always deliver! Truly a community bike shop that makes Fredrock!

  This review is for the service department. Over the years (I'm in my 60's) I've been humiliated by high-end bicycle repair shops twice for asking them to fix up someone's castoff bicycle just to ride around town. Not worth their time! I had a totally different experience at The Bicycle Escape. My 40-year-old find and I were treated with respect. I was presented with a fair, itemized list of all proposed work, which was completed on time and under budget. ...
