They first approached me about a position they had available and once I expressed interest, an interview with that company followed in about a week. I was aggressively searching for work and had several other interviews scheduled at the time. I was honest about whom I was interviewing with and what the outcome was with Hamed. He was awesome, not only did he work with me on the position he had available but also coached and helped me negotiate with other companies I had directly applied for. This resulted in some very acceptable offers. Then he helped me review the companies so when I made my decision, I was informed and comfortable about the position and company.
