Suzy helped me return to running after a back injury that my doctor told me I would not be able to run for three months. She was excellent at explaining and showing me the things I needed to do to get back to doing what I love. She is the best.

I have been going to Catalyst for several weeks now with Suzzy by my side helping me get back to 110% after a car crash. I seriously couldn't ask for a better environment to go and hang out and do some excellent excersizes with excellent people. It truly is the #1 place to go to get 110% better! Couldn't ask for more!
