Greg from Super Sweep came out to clean and assess our 50-60 year old fireplace and chimney today. We fully anticipated that we would need to rebuild due to cracks, but - Hallelujah!!! - after a thorough evaluation, Greg told us all that was needed was a new damper, some fissure repairs and to install a rain guard and cage outside on top. He said the fireplace and chimney are both well made and sound. What a relief! He could easily have followed our lead and proceeded with an (unnecessary) total rebuild, which would have cost us 5x what the repairs cost. He was prompt, tidy, friendly, very knowledgeable, and best of all, honest. Thank you, Greg!

Very happy with service. Greg is trustworthy. He didn't try to oversell me on anything. He told me what was necessary to improve my chimney, and left it to me to decide. I went with everything he suggested. He & his Grandson did a super, professional job. and left with no mess to clean up after. And Greg is a very pleasant guy to spend time with as well. I will recommend to this service to EVERYONE I know who owns a fireplace.

I think this guy is probably the best fireplace and chimney guy in the South Bay. Greg the owner came with his grandson and inspected our chimney and fireplaces and gave us a detailed break down and explanation on the work to be completed (Visit 1) Up front I could tell he was detailed orientated because he gave me a inspection report with preprinted descriptions of what he does during an inspection as well as the types of work needed. He showed up when he says he would. This job required demolition and installation of new firebox walls and base, new liner and cap. (Visits 2 and 3). Now I have a clearer burning and safe fireplace.

Outstanding service! On time, friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable price. You can't ask for more from a company. Don't bother calling any other chimney service. Oh, and he cleaned our air ducts, too, for a great price. Thank you, Greg! Job well done.
