  I've been meaning to write this review for a while. There are good contractors and then there are great contractors. Super Hardwood Floor is one of the great ones. Not only do they work really hard and the floors look nice, but they have great customer service. Mac is easy to work with, always responsive and willing to listen to and address any concerns. He is one of those contractors that you hang on to and call anytime you have hardwood flooring needs. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

  I can't say enough good words about Mac and his crew. We live in Tacoma but he was willing to come from Seattle, gave us the lowest bid and did an amazing job. From start to finish the every aspect of the job was on time and done perfectly. The wood which had to sit in the house for a week was delivered on time. Mac showed up exactly spot on when he said he would which was great since we were leaving on vacation. I kept in touch with him via email and his response was always prompt and kept me abreast of where we were in the job. When we returned everything was done and the house was as clean and free of dust as I could expect. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone wanting to redo their floors or add more flooring to their space. We did both and while I feel like I'm blathering, I can't say enough about this great experience.

  Mac did an amazing job on our hardwood floors. He refinished them and also added flooring where it was missing. Would definitely recommend him!!

  We had a great experience with Mac. His estimate and work were spot on. They finished before their allotted time and he even came out to do a follow up spot on our maple floors. All in all, it was a seemless job and they did great work. Would recommend this company to anybody I know.
