I was blown away by their customer service! I was heading out west for a bike ride when I realized that I have broken my Schrader valve after inflating my tire and there was no more air, so I stopped in without an appointment; without my even expressing my need for a repair on the spot, they drop what they were doing to work on my bicycle even though I could clearly see they had three or four other bikes up on the racks. It took them all of 10 minutes and then they demonstrated how to properly inflate that special valve without damaging it. Thank you so much!

Went in today on the recommendation of a friend. Had every intention of walking out with a bike, and I did so in less than an hour. I worked primarily with Charlotte, who let me try several bikes to make sure I got the right height. Found one I liked, but she was patient as I tried a few. Was able to pick up a helmet, (free) water bottle and tire pump. ...

Outstanding service. Took my bike in there for service three separate times in the last year and they went above and beyond every time. Did things they didn't have to do for free, threw in this and that, along with giving above-and-beyond type of advice. Add that to the fact they are a no b.s., no pushy salesmen, and no bike snobbery kind of place (all of which are extremely rare qualities in a St. Louis bike shop) and you've got a no brainer place to take your two wheeled buddy, or shop for a new one.
