Had a great experience today with Sunny Appliance company from Palo Alto. This is my second time using them. First time they fixed our Maytag dryer machine. Today Russell came on time, called 20mins ahead prior to his visit, was very pleasant, did a great job fixing our HVAC ( our capacitor needed to be replaced). Overall, happy with this company and their service.

I had issues with my clothes dryer, it suddenly stopped working, was looking for a good technician who can diagnose the issue and fix it. Thru one of my contacts reached out to perfect appliance repair and scheduled an appointment. Eduard, technician from the perfect appliance stopped right on time for the scheduled appointment, quickly found the issue and fixed the dryer to our satificarion. Eduard was a thorough professional, very patient and helpful through the whole process. I give a 5 star for his quality of service and refer him to anyone else who are looking for appliance repair.

Knowledgeable, quick diagnosis, and courteous. They do charge a diagnosis/trip fee which will be waived if you decided to go with them. We have used them a few times.

Adam came and serviced our wall furnace/heater late January. The pilot light turned off and it will not turn on automatically. He was very professional from the beginning. He explained the issue clearly and you can see the level of detail in his work.

I called Sunny again this morning because our pilot light went out unexpectedly. Adam came with Michael. They inspected the issue. Turned on the pilot light and told me that with the type of wall furnace that we have, I would need to know how to turn the pilot light on. He created a video with his colleague Michael and gave it to me. He also gave me a lighter. The best part is he said this was no charge because they didn't fix anything. He just realized he didn't give me clear enough instructions to light the pilot by myself. Our wall furnace is working great and I'm very grateful for the fast service. My kids won't be cold tonight thanks to Adam, Michael and Sunny Appliance Repair. -

Our Furnace is a 30 year old stuck in an odd place in our condo. Heard about them through a co-worker. Made appointment for next day. Explained on the phone the model. Adam, the tech, was very respectful and professional. He tried to fix without ordering new parts. Unfortunately, a new board was needed which he ordered. He also gave a quote that the visit charge will be deducted when he comes to replace. He scheduled a time to replace it when the parts came. Came on time, also replaced the fan limit switch which was the root cause of the board going bad. After a week, I noticed some random blower noises and he came and looked at that as well. No charge. They know their stuff and will do to their best of ability without recommending huge expensive procedures.

I am adding my 5 stars to all the others. My Kenmore range caused the circuit breaker to trip, so there was a short somewhere. I sent a message to Sunny Appliance on Monday Jan 2 and got a response within the hour offering an appointment at 9AM the next day. (And this is after Sears quoted me 2 weeks! Why do they even bother? Who can wait 2 weeks). David showed up on time and was very courteous and thorough. He found a melted power terminal block and then he inspected the rest of the range to see if there was any other issues. There were none. He needed to order the part but he did fix the range so we could use it in the meantime. One day later he returned and installed the part. The price was very reasonable and I did use the Yelp coupon. It is refreshing to find an honest business that performs quality work for a reasonable price. You can be sure I will call them with all of my appliance needs.

I came here for an issue with my cooker and they fixed it very quickly. Since it didn't take time, they didn't even charge me for it. I highly recommend going here if you have an issue with kitchen appliances , washers and sorts. -

Sergei was fantastic. My washer won't go into a spin cycle and I called Sunny appliances - they set up an appointment ASAP and Sergei identified the problem immediately and fixed it in a breeze. Will call on Sunny Appliances again for any other needs. -

Our washer stopped working on Sunday late morning. We called Sunny Appliance Repair and they could make the same-day appointment on the afternoon. Initially, they told us that the technician would arrive somewhere 3-5pm, but the technitian, Anthony called us later to inform the specific time he would be arriving so that we didn't have to wait around his arrival. Anthony was very kind and fixed the washer within 10 min of his arrival. We are very satisfied the service. -
