I've worked with 4 house inspectors in the past, Loren is definitely the best of all. We had a few issues in mind before Loren came and he walked through each of them in a timely and detail oriented manner. He quickly pointed out root cause and potential fix of each problem, and assured us on non-issues. Though the inspection was done as a walk-through, Loren emailed me a brief with pictures and instructions afterwards anyway. I would definitely recommend Loren to my closet family and friends.

This was my first home inspection and never imagined it could be so much fun! Loren is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He gave thorough explanations for what he was doing and finding. For a first time home buyer, that is invaluable. He made the process very easy and I have no doubt that I received a spot on inspection report that will help me in the sale process. Will be recommending his services to any home buyers in the future! Top notch!

In this "Seattle " market you need to move quick!! I lost bids on 2 other homes and I LOVED this home when I toured it. I was determined. I was STREESED OUT. Fortunately, my preinspection, realtor, and loan broker helped me get my dream home!!!

Loren was very accommodating to find the best time for the inspection.
He arrived on time and inspected the house thoroughly. He climbed the roof, went into the attic/crawl space, tried every switch, every tap, ran the A/C/Heater, etc.
... Loren also has a a great sense of humor!
