This is a great place to find flows, soulful yoga. Get there early if you're heading into a class during peak times (evenings and weekends) and in general, get there on time - they have parking for you here and they may lock the doors when class starts. Every class I've taken here (and every teacher) has been awesome. ...

Love this yoga studio in south Austin. If you're looking to find mindfulness, peace and a bit of sweat all in one session, Sukha is it! This studio is co-owned by husband and wife and they're some of the best yoga teachers in Atx!

I can't speak highly enough about Sukha yoga. Mark and Erinn are incredibly authentic and genuine which make for a fertile spiritual environment. I've been practicing yoga for 20 years now. I look for studios that incorporate wisdom, peaceful environment, community, all versions of yoga, and good vibes. You get that all here... and I consider myself a "yoga snob". Very picky about my instructors and variety. Well done Sukha!

Love Sukha. Always a great vibe as soon as I sit on my mat and settle in before class. I have found a good mixture of classes there, from pretty challenging ones to yummy Restorative classes. Great folks, and the location is awesome for anyone living or working around South Lamar.
