Studio 34 is an EXCELLENT urban yoga studio servicing a huge and diverse population of yogi lovers. They offer a wide variety of classes, despite their small staff and studio, including classes for queer and gender-nonconforming bodies, body positivity courses, and age/ability-attentive courses, too! Excellent, excellent, excellent!
I do not know why I don't take advantage of this outstanding studio more often since I live pretty much a 1/2 block away. Took my second class last night (I believe it was snowing when I was first here over the winter) with Amanda and I loved the flow, her fun approach and the community vibe. I want to come hang out in the lounge area with my morning java now like...every morning. lol. It's funky, fresh, friendly. and just solid yoga. I will be back very soon. :) #mainlineyogiOriginal recommendation
Lots of variety in types of classes, teacher styles, and payment structures (including pay-what-you-can classes, and the option to trade work shifts for class hours). They have a really nice community lounge space that also hosts some regular community meetings. There are also a few individual therapy rooms available for healers/ therapists to meet clients. They also allow individuals to rent studio space, and have a small event rental space. Overall, this place has a wonderful energy, offers some really great classes, and is a great asset to our community.Original recommendation

The cherry on the top is that Studio 34 also have massage, acupuncture, and other healing arts as well.
Everyone at the studio is extremely helpful and friendly, not like those uptight places downtown.
I'm a happy costumer going on 5 years now.
Thank you so much!
