I'm new to yoga and Stretch has been incredible! The classes are small and inviting. The instructors are accessible, friendly and down-to-earth. I'm already seeing huge improvements in my fitness and flexibility.Original recommendation
I live a few blocks away and it's so great to have a fun yoga studio in walking distance. ...
I went to one of their free classes back in January and it was amazing. I would go here for yoga a lot more often if only I lived closer!Original recommendation
I went to Stretch's grand opening and took Harleighs class. It was taught outside and was a great class. Harleigh is an exceptional teacher with a very unique style. The studio itself was quaint, filled with positive affirmations on the walls. Most importantly, the spirit of the studio was vivacious!Harleighs positive spirit combined with the two other teachers who were there supporting the opening with free classes and positive vibes makes for a supportive environment for all. Iive in Austin, but I will most certainly visit when I am back!
Love it, love it, love it.Original recommendation
In East Austin, within a converted studio apartment (yes, there is a kitchen in the studio space), there is an incredible yoga studio. Stretch provides small classes, positive vibes, motivational instructors and students who don't take themselves too seriously. Mats, towels, blankets and blocks provided. Little things, like free hair ties in the bathroom make this place top notch.
Only downside is that only street parking is available, but usually it isn't an issue for evening classes.
