  These guys are great. I spoke to Justin several times over the course of a few days and he was endlessly helpful, patient, and polite each time. Actually, let me back up a bit. I called in Sunday and left a voicemail AND HE ACTUALLY RETURNED MY CALL! I don't know why people don't seem to do this very often anymore but that was refreshing and impressive in its own right. When I was in the waiting room I heard him giving a guy some really useful information about his new brakes and what to expect. Justin was very good about explaining in layman's terms what is going on with your car and how they'd like to fix it. It turns out my car is safe to drive although obnoxiously loud so for now I did not get service but when I do, it will definitely be here.

  I bought a Groupon a year ago that gave me 3 oil changes for $39. Since Stingray's schedule is pretty busy, you do need to book an appointment several weeks out to get an oil change, and I was always in a rush to get the oil changed so I'd just go to Jiffy Lube. I finally made an appointment several weeks ago since the Groupon was about to expire.
  
  On the day of our appointment, I went in and they gave me a punch card for the remaining 2 oil changes. ... Overall it was a great experience and I'll be coming back to Stingray for my oil change needs even after my punchcard gets used up!

  I have been to stingray for three oil changes and always refer my friends here as well. They are so easy to work with and do an amazing job. All of my oil changes have been speedy and done well, and they've often fixed other little problems my older car has had. They're pricing is the best around too!

  I needed to find a mechanic closer to home once I changed jobs and my previous (beloved) mechanic was just way too inconvenient. Gave these guys a try and after just one visit I am sold. ... They then delivered on both timing and cost. He took time to answer my questions and never gave the slightest indication he thought I was ridiculous (although I am sure I was.) He was respectful, and despite all the stereotypes about how mechanics treat women, I had no reason to feel I was treated poorly or differently than anyone else. I will definitely be back for all my auto needs.

  Jason Shackelford the owner is the most upstanding business owner. Not only is he honest but compassionate. My son needed repairs on his vehicle. After my son told him that his son was airlifted to children's for a life threatening surgery. Jason told my son there was no charge....Who does that? Thank you Stingray automotive and repair.
