Extremely professional and courteous. I wasn't even sure my tax question, regarding a long inactive limited partnership, would merit any action but wanted to be sure. Galen returned my voicemail in an under an hour and sounded like he'd already done a fair amount of footwork to address my particular situation. Understandably, it was a preliminary review based only on summary data I'd provided, but I felt like Galen's assessment was very generous and thorough for an initial consultation. Seems safe to say I will not be going to jail for what appeared to have possibly been a serious oversight from previous tax years, but on the off-chance I am required to take any retroactive steps concerning the LP, I will definitely be coming back to Sterck. Superb CPA firm! I found them in the Diamond certified business directory and called for a consultation. I was impressed by the level of care and attention provided by everybody whom I spoke with. Charles was so good at getting to the essentials in the exceptionally complicated, difficult situation I consulted him on. He calmly, gently cut through all the irrelevancies, explained the options and what they mean, and made the best of a very trying situation. He didn't try to sugar-coat it, pretend that things were or could be any different than what they are, but made the choices really clear. He was charming and warm to work with, a real gentleman and interesting person while being a really good accountant. I appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile, to work on this complicated mess during the busiest time of year, and to be considerate of my time and difficulties. I trust his advice and am confident that what he told me is correct.

Excellent, knowledgeable company. Although I'm not a level in my business to retain them I opened my own business this year and needed help figuring out the business math. I knew I needed either an accountant or bookkeeper to get me on track. I found in the Diamond business directory and in online search. I got an appointment, and continued doing a little more research on what my business needs were and services offered. By the time I got to their office, between the research I'd done and reading their brochures in the reception area, I knew they were much more sophisticated than what my small store could afford...
