Came in at the end of the day, downtrodden from an unfortunate experience at a different bike shop involving installation of mismatched used parts and a huge lack of oversight. After sharing my story, Star-Michael (forgive me for misspelling!) met with me one-on-one and took a detailed tally of everything that needed to be fixed and replaced with my bike. Friendliest and most passionate service I have experienced in Portland--these guys LOVE what they do! Super fair pricing and willing to go the extra mile with recommendations and general advice. Thank cod this shop is the closest one to my house; I'll be coming here much more often.
