The Spring Valley Catering story is richly woven into the Washingtonian experience of Wagshal’s old-world European charm, providing traditional classics and thru our connections to exclusive purveyors, we have distinguished ourselves as serious foodies. We use only the best ingredients in our recipes: Grade A Prime Aged Black Angus Beef, hormone free chicken, locally grown pork, organic seafood and produce, artisanal cheeses, freshly baked bread & our own freshly carved deli meats, all provided by our in-house Market.     The catering was excellent and I had leftovers for my guests staying over for brunch on Sunday.

    The little pastries were gone in no time. They were delicious.

    I would also like to commend the 2 servers. They were outstanding.

    The amazing family at Spring Valley Catering were overly helpful, kind, and more than accommodating for the event that we had. We unfortunately had a loss in my family and they knew exactly what needed to be done. I made a simple phone call and they took care of EVERYTHING.
    The food was outstanding and complimented on by all of our guests. The setup was done beautifully and flawlessly. There are no words to describe my thanks to these thoughtful and helpful individuals!!

    I used Spring Valley Catering because I needed to give a party the night I returned from a trip. It was no fuss, no muss and absolutely delicious. I had my own help, so I did not need their full services, but they did not require that I be giving a gala affair in order to take good care of me. And they delivered. I was extremely pleased!
