  Very professional. They have a fantastic amount of knowledge and are willing to share. The inventory is great and they even offer finance deals on skis, like Affirm. Couldn't recommend enough.

  The last part of boots I got I was fit at Sports Creel by Micah and his wife TJ and they pay attention to the customer, what they want and make sure that you leave feeling good about any adjustments and what you are getting! While I was getting fit I watched them with other customers and they were fitting a diverse group of customers and giving everyone personalized service with tons of knowledge.

  I can’t say enough about the customer service at Sports Creel. TJ spent time educating us and getting us into the right boots. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful.

  It's nice supporting a mom & pop store. I recently bought a pair of ski boots, they ended up not working out and were painful, so I returned to the store and they were quick to remedy with situation. TJ literally spent hours with me trying on almost every pair of boots in the store. I found one I liked but they didn't have my size, so she special ordered it in. They want to make sure you get the right product and go out of their way to help you. The chain stores don't do that. Thanks for all your help and putting up with me for hours

  Herb worked with my sons, fitting them with skis, boots, poles, goggles, and helmets. He made it so fun for them. He was patient, listened to them, and showed genuine respect and concern for them. I appreciate the Sports Creel’s incredible customer service. I will keep going back to buy all our winter gear there.

  I found creel accidently. I am so glad I did! I can't think of much negative. I wish they were closer to my work, so it would be easier to get to them. I brought an older pair of atomic ski's in, just to see if they had some bindings for them, when I came back to pick them up. Herb told me there was no charge, and the bindings had been warrantied!
  I came back to awesome pricing on ski tuning, and the job they did was great!
  I came back, again, with boots my wife bought at swap(she bought them by color instead of fit) and even though were a tiny bit arrogant to her, they found some better boots(used) and made a good deal for the trade in.
  I have been back this year, to find out Mica had stayed late and finished my Patrol skis early, and herb found some bad shells with good buckles to replace all my worn out buckles(new boots last year, buckles fell apart fast)
  
  I guess the point I make, is they strive to help you out, and will always push you to something you need, before something you think you need.
  Here I am, years later, and still loving the service.
