They have the best deals for renting, always decks you out with the best gear. They’re super laid back and cool people.

Super convenient, not stressful, & in my area the BEST! The experience starts in the parking lot where you are right off an expressway, you have a line of folks OUT IN FRONT ready to take your rentals back when you arrive home after a brutal weekend it shredding the stress away. Then the store is excellent for grabbing the last minute socks or and entire setup top to bottom to function and not look like a grom.
Knowledgeable, efficient staff.
Multiple checkouts , family friendly, and a great bathroom, what else could you look for? -
The folks working at the Sunnyvale Sports Basement bike department are very knowledgable, nice, honest, and do good work. I've taken several different bikes in there for service and they always give me different options and solutions, not just the most expensive one.

Great prices and a helpful staff. They have a new policy where a portion of what you pay goes to the charity of your choice, and many of the choices are very small, local ones.

This is a great store. It has everything that I need- from shoes, to clothes, to baseball, soccer, biking, etc. They carry a lot of items and there's plenty of items to browse through. They are customer service friendly and the employees are always in a good mood and chatty. Their location is right off of Lawrence Expressway and is easy to get to. There's always plenty of parking. Even when the store gets crowded, it doesn't seem it. It's located in a big building and there's plenty of room to roam around.
