Jonathan Edwards Moore is like my personal Apple therapist. He just talked me off an emotional cliff in real time and solved my problem within seconds when my MacBook Pro seemed to be abandoning me....normally its all my fault...but just like my therapist, he doesn't make me feel that way and always makes me feel better...even without prescribing me Xanax...... If you've ever struggled with understanding mac photos, storage, syncing, iTunes, backups, iCloud, external drives (and probably so much more that I don't know about), then this service is for you! Jonathan will listen carefully to all your questions (without any judgement for your mac-ignorance) and answer them 100% thoroughly and make sure you understand. You'll receive knowledge and real-time solutions that will last for you and your products and devices. I had some pretty complicated tech-issues to sort out and have not yet come across a technical problem that Jonathan couldn't solve. I love how the team really wants to help you and not nickel-and-dime you. It's like Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University for macs: Mac Peace for Everyone!!
