  I visited Joy yoga for the yelp elite event. The event was well organized. They had free green drinks and appetizers prior to event. The instructor for the beginners yoga class was Susie. The class was amazing. I really enjoyed this event. I plan on taking classes at Joy starting next month. After the event beer and wine was served along with crab cakes and kale bites.

  sonic has changed my life beyond my wildest dreams !! Each teacher has taken there time personally to help me grow my practice. They also guided me beyond my training so i would be a successful yoga instructor. once you step foot through those doors you will never feel the need to go anywhere else !! There are so many different options and styles of yoga . The best part of sonic is that the teachers and students are one big happy family always looking for new members .

We've been around for 16 years in Hell's Kitchen transforming lives and growing as a community of connected souls who are all doing our best to spread love and wisdom to all beings everywhere !

  Best yoga studio Ive ever been to . I searched for a "home" and found one at Sonic. The space is magical. I get excited just knowing Im going in. The instructors are excellent, personable and uniquely individual. I can't say enough good things about Sonic.
