Oud was incredibly easy to work with and I'd highly recommend him. I made the appointment a week before and then needed to change the date/time, which he accommodated without any issues. Great prices too! While we were signing our closing house papers, he explained everything, and was friendly and courteous. ... Called Oud after calling a few other Notaries who only had answering machines to take customers calls. Oud actually answered his own phone and could not have been nicer. The best part though? He showed up within an hour from the time I called - speedy service at it's finest! He was professional, personable and got the job done in record time. I would definitely use him in the future.
