  After many years of dental anxiety, I can say I actually don't dread go to the dentist now. I even enjoy it (mostly)! Great staff, excellent care, and always a follow up call to see how I'm doing. I really appreciate it!

  Dr. Heck and his team has been a very positive experience. They are knowledgeable, professional, cheerful and made me very comfortable throughout my procedure. The office is inviting and pleasant and they have recently updated some of the equipment. Without a doubt Smile Creations the perfect dentist outfit to go to in Southwest Austin. Five Stars!!

  My dental hygienist was super great and welcoming also dr heck was super great she's made all the work iv had done so far not stressful and is comforting to any concerns I may have I really feel like they care about my over all health and that's surprising and nice this is by far the best dental office iv gone to in years

  Dr. Heck, hygienist Dixie, and all of the staff at Smile Creations are an absolute pleasure. Top notch customer service, gentle hands, and a comfortable, relaxing environment is all you can ask for in a dentist. I've had bad teeth for twenty years and it's always stressful seeing someone new... so much that I avoid it. They've been realistic, straight forward about options, and respect your preference as a patient. I've not been guilted into doing something I don't want just because it's the most expensive and 'best' option... it's been conversations about options, pros v cons, and priorities. So refreshing. And again let me not forget the top notch customer service. From the moment you walk in the door, until you leave, you're acknowledged and taken care of. It's a company that hasn't forgotten that's how you get people to come back and refer your friends to them. I'll be seeing Dr. Heck and his great staff for many years to come.

  Outstanding dental practice and a great team. I've moved around a lot and have seen many dentists over the years. Dr. Heck was recommended by my orthodontist and I could not be happier. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I had a great teeth cleaning and thorough exam. What most impressed me was their extensive knowledge of my particular dental demographic without me giving a thorough history -- they definitely know what they're doing. This is a wonderful dentist and team that I definitely recommend.
