One of the few bike shops that offers a less intimidating approach to cycling. They are great at recommending products that fit a casual cycling lifestyle rather than pushing the latest race machines. Every member of the staff is friendly and helpful, including the shop dogs.

This shop is not the closest to my house but I would never go anywhere else. The customer service given here by Matt and his team is unbelievable. Thanks for always keeping me and my bike going and for endless free advice.

They have an easy going staff that is not trying to pressure you into any bikes. Willing to help you find whatever you want. Also willing to look up any part you may be looking for if they don't stock it.

These guys will go above and beyond to help out a customer. Locked my keys and in my car 5 miles away. Biked to the shop to ask to used their phone. Not only did they let me, but Matt gave me a ride back up to my car. Been a happy, loyal customer since.

I put a bike together piece by piece. I figured sourcing the parts was just like any other business acquisition and showed him my parts list and best available prices online. He matched all of them. And they are just plain cool guys down at the shop with awesome, friendly dogs!

I have never purchased a bike through Skyline, but Matt was awesome enough to look over the specs of a bike that I was buying online for a super good deal even though he knew I wouldn't be buying from him. His goal in life is just to make sure people have an awesome time riding bikes, and he does a great job at it. I will never take my bikes anywhere but Skyline and I recommend all my family and friends to go there as well.
